I have a bunch of film waiting to come back from my lab. While I wait with the utmost patience-of course… Oh who am I kidding…I am DYING!!!! {repeating over and over in my head- patience young grasshopper}
anywhoooo…Until I get that back I grabbed a roll of Kodak’s new Portra 400 and proceeded to…insert it wrong. *Note to self: Don’t insert 120 film while your film back is set to 220*
Yay for learning.
There was one or two pictures that turned out -despite my screw up- and this is definitely one of them.
My camera comes out and this little girl goes into mod mode.
And I am not complainin.
Just a quick snap while the light coming in from our front window was making my heart beat fast. I love pretty light.

oh and just an FYI, I am working hard at getting my old blog back up. I for one don’t want to lose three years of blogging. Three years of my journey. But to say switching everything over has been a nightmare would be the understatement of the century.
Web jargon + me = headaches, swearing and maybe a tear or two.
Keep holding tight. I am praying it will be up by the end of the week.

Film is awesome. I know I know… I keep saying that over and over. Its just so calming and lovely.
Someday I will be able to get back to it.
